Whitewater and wilderness trips

This sport is so new (it has been around for only 2-3 years), that most people do not know what letter in this abbreviation stand for. SUP stands for "Stand-Up Paddle". You stand straight on a big board resembling a windsurfing board, and you paddle with a long paddle. So what? Why it becomes so popular in a world. There are a few good reasons. First, this is real fun. You need to keep balance at all times, and waves provide some constant challenge. You can also learn a great deal of technical moves and tricks, and sky is a limit for improving your repertoir and your skills. Second, it's a great excersise for many muscles in you body, including your legs - better than paddling in kayak. And your back will never hurt - something that prevents many people to do kayaking. Finally, it is nice to be able to see around better.

You are quite save on a board: if you fall, you can always climb back. If waves are too big for you to keep balance - you can simply stand on your knees.

We have a few high-end SUP boards that you will be able to try if you go with us to La Parguera or Mona island.
You will like this water sport - same as we do.
